Gina C. • Januar 16, 2011If you want a cardio workout that will KICK your butt, try anyone of Amie's classes. I personally recommend Turbokick on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Zumba Fitness on Thursdays at 6:30pm

Jess K. • Februar 16, 2013If you are going to take a kickboxing class (great workout!) be sure to bring your own gloves. They provide gloves to use, but they make your hands smell horrible!
